How long does carpet steam cleaning take to dry?+
Most carpets dry within 2 to 6 hours, depending on airflow, weather, carpet thickness, and how soiled the carpet was. Opening windows, using fans, or running air-conditioning can help speed up drying. We use professional hot-water extraction equipment, so the carpet is left damp, not soaking wet.
Do you handle end-of-lease and bond-back cleans?+
Yes. We offer end-of-lease cleaning, including carpet steam cleaning when required by the property condition, your lease situation, or your agent's checklist. We work from a detailed cleaning scope and can return for a re-clean if something within the agreed scope is flagged within 48 hours.
Is the Finish Pass Promise really free?+
Yes. If something included in the agreed scope was missed or not completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. It does not cover new mess, wear and tear, damage, mould staining, permanent stains, or items that were not included in the original quote.
What's the minimum charge for steam cleaning?+
Carpet steam cleaning starts from $65 per bedroom-equivalent room, with a minimum call-out/booking charge of $175 depending on location and job size. Mattress steam cleaning starts from $85 for a single and $135 for a queen. Final pricing is confirmed before the job begins.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We hold $10m public liability and product liability cover with QBE. Insurance details or certificate of currency can be provided on request for commercial, strata, and real estate jobs.
Do you subcontract any of the work?+
We don't send random cleaners. Every job is completed by our team or approved cleaners trained to follow the No Stain checklist, written scope, and quality standards. That's how we can stand behind the Finish Pass Promise.
