Yes. Bathrooms and nappy-change areas can be included in the cleaning scope, with extra attention to toilets, sinks, floors, doors, handles, change surfaces, bins, and touchpoints. Your educators still remain responsible for cleaning and hygiene procedures required during operating hours. We use professional cleaning products suitable for the task and can provide Safety Data Sheets where required. Products, dilution, contact time, and site rules are confirmed before work starts, especially around children's areas, food areas, and sensitive surfaces.

Yes. For recurring childcare cleaning, we can provide a written checklist, attendance records, and notes for issues such as spills, low consumables, bathroom concerns, stains, odours, or maintenance problems.

Yes. We can provide one-off or periodic deep cleans for school holidays, term breaks, inspections, outbreak recovery support, or before reopening. Deep cleaning can include detailed floors, bathrooms, furniture, high-touch areas, skirting, shelves, play areas, and built-up grime.

Yes. We hold public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency before commercial work begins. Every job is completed to an agreed written scope so expectations are clear from the start.

If something included in the agreed written scope was missed or not completed to standard, tell us within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. This does not cover new mess after the clean, illness outbreaks, bodily-fluid incidents after our visit, damage, wear and tear, permanent staining, or items outside the original scope.
