Can you clean after-hours?+
Yes. We can clean after-hours, early morning, or during low-traffic periods depending on your office access, alarm system, building rules, and preferred schedule. After-hours is usually best for offices because desks, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors can be cleaned without disrupting staff.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes. We bring the cleaning equipment, tools, and professional cleaning products needed for the agreed scope. Site consumables like toilet paper, hand towels, soap, bin liners, and sanitary bins can be supplied by you or quoted separately by us.
Can we set up a recurring schedule?+
Yes. We can set up weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or custom recurring cleaning based on your office size, staff numbers, traffic level, bathrooms, kitchens, and bins. Each visit follows a written checklist so expectations stay clear.
Do you clean desks and workstations?+
Yes, where included in the scope. We can wipe desks, shared workstations, meeting tables, reception counters, and high-touch points. Personal paperwork, electronics, confidential documents, and staff belongings are not moved unless agreed.
Do you clean office kitchens and bathrooms?+
Yes. Office kitchens and bathrooms can be included in the regular checklist. This can cover benches, sinks, taps, splashbacks, microwaves, exterior appliance surfaces, toilets, basins, mirrors, floors, bins, and touchpoints.
Can you clean carpets, upholstery, or hard floors?+
Yes. We can quote carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and hard-floor maintenance separately or as part of a periodic deep clean. These services are usually not included in a standard office cleaning visit unless written into the quote.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We are insured and can provide a certificate of currency before commercial work begins. The final scope, access instructions, and cleaning schedule are confirmed in writing before the first visit.
What's the minimum visit?+
Recurring office cleaning usually starts from a minimum labour block, depending on location, access, and scope. One-off office deep cleans are quoted separately because they often take longer and may include extra detail work, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, or post-fit-out dust.
What happens if something is missed?+
If something included in the agreed written scope was missed or not completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. This does not cover new mess after the clean, staff spills, damage, wear and tear, permanent stains, or items outside the original quote.
