What does a general clean include?+
A general clean can include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, mirrors, bins, skirting spot-cleans, and high-touch points. The final checklist is confirmed before we start so you know exactly what is included.
Is general cleaning the same as deep cleaning?+
No. General cleaning is for regular maintenance and keeping a space consistently clean. Deep cleaning is more detailed and usually covers built-up grime, heavier bathroom and kitchen cleaning, inside cupboards, tracks, skirting, doors, frames, and areas that standard visits often skip.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?+
Yes. We bring the cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for the agreed scope. Site consumables like toilet paper, hand towels, soap, bin liners, and specialty products can be supplied by you or quoted separately.
Can I book weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or one-off cleaning?+
Yes. We offer one-off, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and custom recurring cleaning depending on your space, usage, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, pets, bins, and cleaning goals. Recurring visits follow an agreed checklist for consistency.
What happens if something is missed?+
If something included in the agreed written scope was missed or not completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. This does not cover new mess after the clean, heavy grime outside the quote, damage, wear and tear, permanent stains, pest mess, or items outside the original scope.
