From quote to final inspection, clearly scoped.

    Request a quote

    Tell us the property size, condition, inspection date, access details, agent checklist, and any extras you need. We'll confirm what's included and send a written quote before the job starts.

  2. 02

    Lock the date

    Once approved, we book your clean around your move-out and inspection timing. For best results, the property should be empty, accessible, and free of movers or trades.

  3. 03

    Clean to scope

    We complete the agreed end-of-lease clean using the written checklist. Carpet steam cleaning, blinds, wall washing, large balconies, extra glass, and other add-ons are only included when listed in your quote.

  4. 04

    Finish Pass support

    After completion, we can send a tax invoice and selected photo notes where included. If your agent flags something missed from our agreed scope within 48 hours, send it through and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge.

End-of-lease cleaning is quoted based on property size, number of bathrooms, condition, access, parking, inspection timing, and any add-ons included in your written quote. Small balcony light wash and one set of sliding glass doors are included where applicable. Carpet steam cleaning and other extras are quoted separately unless listed in your quote. Available as add-ons: carpet steam cleaning, blind cleaning, extra sliding glass doors, large window glass panels, wall washing, medium or large balcony cleaning, pressure washing, heavy balcony washing, rubbish removal, mould treatment, pest treatment, and heavy stain removal. Starting prices assume the property is empty, reasonably maintained, and has clear access. Final price is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Do you guarantee the bond back?+

We guarantee the cleaning items included in our agreed written scope, not the final bond decision. If your agent or landlord flags something from our scope within 48 hours of inspection, send us the report and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. Bond deductions can also relate to damage, wear and tear, rent, rubbish, pests, mould, missing items, or issues outside cleaning.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?+

Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on and is only included when listed in your written quote. In NSW, professional carpet cleaning is generally only a reasonable lease condition in specific cases, such as when an approved indoor pet condition applies.

How much does end-of-lease cleaning cost in Sydney?+

End-of-lease cleaning starts from $350 for a studio, with final pricing based on the property size, number of bathrooms, condition, access, parking, inspection timing, and any add-ons included in your written quote. Starting prices assume the property is empty, reasonably maintained, and has clear access.

Do you provide a receipt for the agent?+

Yes. We can send a tax invoice and finished-job confirmation that you can forward to your agent or landlord. Selected photo notes can also be provided where included in the quote.

What is not included in a standard end-of-lease clean?+

Carpet steam cleaning, blind cleaning, extra sliding glass doors, large window glass panels, wall washing, medium or large balcony cleaning, pressure washing, heavy balcony washing, rubbish removal, mould treatment, pest treatment, and heavy stain removal are quoted separately unless listed in your written quote.
