Do you remove construction dust?+
Yes. We remove construction dust from accessible surfaces, floors, ledges, frames, cupboards, tracks, fixtures, and wet areas. Heavy dust, ceiling void dust, vents, high ledges, or areas requiring ladders or scaffolding may need a custom scope.
Do you remove paint splatter, stickers, and adhesive?+
Yes, where it is safe for the surface. We can remove light paint marks, stickers, tape residue, and protective film. Heavy paint, cured adhesive, delicate surfaces, natural stone, tinted glass, or damaged finishes may require testing or a separate restoration quote.
Do you remove builders' rubbish?+
We can remove light debris as part of the clean. Trade waste, offcuts, skip loading, heavy rubbish, hazardous materials, and tip runs are not included unless quoted separately.
Can you clean before handover?+
Yes. We can complete a final clean before handover, sale, lease, or occupancy. For best results, the main trades should be finished before the final clean, otherwise dust and footprints may return.
Do you clean windows and tracks?+
Yes, internal windows, frames, sills, and tracks can be included. External windows, high glass, balcony glass, construction film, paint on glass, and hard-water staining may require a separate quote.
Do you offer a re-clean if something is missed?+
Yes. If something included in the agreed written scope was missed or not completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. This does not cover new mess created after the clean, ongoing trades, damage, permanent stains, or items outside the original scope.
