Yes. If we notice spills, damage, overflowing bins, lights out, leaks, stains, or safety concerns, we can record them and send notes or photos to the strata manager, building manager, or committee contact.
We can monitor and restock consumables if included in the scope. Consumables can be supplied by the building or quoted separately by us.
Yes, bin rooms and chute areas can be included. Standard cleaning covers sweeping, mopping, and general tidying. Heavy rubbish removal, dumped furniture, hazardous waste, and tip runs are quoted separately.
Yes. If something included in the agreed written scope was missed or not completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra charge. This does not cover new mess, vandalism, dumped rubbish, spills after the visit, or items outside the original scope.
